Opening an Account
When opening an account with us, your agreement to the following terms is implied. 

Jurisdiction
Our business is subject to the Laws of England and Wales and you agree that any disputes will be settled under that jurisdiction. 

Your Account 
Your account is with World of Bamboo Limited. When you create your account, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to any changes made to these terms and conditions thereafter, subject to your statutory rights. 

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age in order to create an account. Accounts created by underage users will be deleted without notice upon discovery.

Privacy
Our system will hold only the details you supply when you register your account and details of your purchase transactions with us. We do not and will not share these details with anyone. 

Cookies
These are small items of information that enable us to track your orders after you have logged in. Your browser must have Cookies Enabled in its Options. Please refer to your browser\\\\\\\'s Help if you are in any doubt. We do not use cookies to compromise your privacy or security and they are cancelled as soon as you log out of this site.

Secure Payments
Payment on your credit/debit card is made via Protx. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal. When you enter your credit/debit card details, they are encrypted and sent directly to the payments company to ensure that they are protected from unlawful access.  

We do not record or have sight of these details at any time. 

Delivery
For all orders delivered to a UK mainland address we charge a delivery cost of the equivalent amount shown in the section called Delivery Charges. This in no way covers our cost of delivery. We always require a signature and if you are not at home to receive the package you will be informed that it is waiting collection from a Post Office near to you. 

Orders received before 12 noon will be despatched by courier on the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be despatched on the next working day. Delivery should take no longer than 2 days from when we pass the parcel to the courier but we cannot be held responsible for delays and losses caused by the carrier. 

Receiving Your Order 
We take every care to ensure that your purchase reaches you in tip top condition. However, if your parcel is received showing signs of damage please sign for it and write on the form received damaged. If the packaging is damaged and you signed for it as perfect, without comment, and the bed linen is found to be damaged, we cannot be held responsible for replacing the goods. Signing for it as damaged allows us to make a claim against the carrier. 

Refunds Policy
We take great care to describe the product in great detail and are confident that you will be extremely satisfied with the quality of the product. However, should you feel that your purchase is not suitable, we will accept it back providing that it is returned to us in the same condition as it was despatched and in the original, unopened product packaging with the seal unbroken.

The cost of the return will be your responsibility. Please contact us by e-mail in the first instance telling us why the product is not satisfactory and we will give you a returns number which must be enclosed with the returns package. Any return that does not contain a returns number cannot be accepted and will be returned to you. You have seven days from receipt of the goods to take advantage of this returns policy. 

Our products carry a one-year guarantee. If you have purchased a product from us and it develops a fault, please contact us by e-mail giving us details of the fault, date of purchase etc. If we accept your comments, we will replace it free of charge if the fault is due to an inherent fault in the manufacture or it has not, in our opinion, proved fit for purpose. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. 

Promotional Offers 
To ensure that our registered customers remain up to date with our latest offers, we will occasionally send promotions to your email account. You can opt out of this service at any time. 

Price Promise 
We continually monitor competitor prices to ensure that we are competitive. If, within seven days of purchase, you find that you could have purchased the absolute identical product cheaper from another solely e-commerce company please contact us and we will refund the difference. Nobody ever beats us on price, quality and service.
